IMW - Sao Chai Hi-tech

I need to apologise about this review coming in late. I got caught up in many stuffs.

I don't know if I've said this before, but this was my first Lakorn ever, and the funniest thing is, at the time I watched it, I watched it WITHOUT English subs, not a single scene was English subbed. But thanks to OmAkapan (a site on youtube), I was able to watch the whole Lakorn, well, Nalika had English subs for ep 1 - ep 11 and OmAkapan completed it.

Take a look at the teaser ---

I really LOVE this Lakorn, I know I've said this for all my reviews, but if I didn't like them I won't waste my time writing a review. So, Nol got messed up b y is girlfriend of 10 years on the wedding day and since then, he has become a monster, insolated, he even stopped doing is responsibility and nobody could do any thing about it. Until Rin (Jui Wattaraya - In between I'm a huge fan of hers XDD) came along, her role was to be a maid-servant and help to come out from the state of abyss he was in. I think everyone can guess what happened at the end :)). Anyway, Sao Chai Hi-tech wasn't tagged as comedy for genre's sake it's really funny.

I really love the chemistry between Nol and Rin; and also between Niya and Danu, they all make cute couples. I really don't know how they doing it in the Lakorn industry, but they always manage to get awesome people to play the role of maids/househelpers. On and Ped did a wonderful job here, in between you definitely can't miss out on Ped's laughter (his laughter would make you laugh hehehe). The actress that played the Grandmother exceuted it WELL!!!! If I continue, I might end up listing the whole cast...... They all did a good job.

As for the plot, it was good, the storyline made sense, but what I found disturbing is, there were some issues that could have been avoided just with some few sentences. But I guess the directors were aiming for 22 episodes, so.....

I don't know how I would have taken it if, I was screwed over as Nol was screwed over, but I'm pretty sure I won't brood over it as long as he did. Becasue this so called bf would probably have moved on with his life and mine is on pause. Why would it be hard for you to tell your boyfriend what kind of project you're working on?? This isn't a boyfriend of 2 years, I'm talking about a bf of 5 years!!!

A friend like Niya is quite rare to find, in case you have one, it did be advisable to hold on to them.... Do I sound cheap?? lol

I promise you, you would not in circumstance dislike Sao Chai Hi-tech, it's funny, it has romance, a lot of wierd personalities and the end is absolutely cute. To watch it just click here and you can find the remaining episodes here.

P.S --- I want to thank Amanda for buddy watching SCHT and helping me with the review ^^.

Happy Sunday #2

The days are flying over here, and it's also getting colder..... I guess I safely say it's autumn here. My week passed without much events, apart from having classes and getting to know the lecturers I'm gonna spend the next 3 years of my life seeing.

I listened to this song this morning and I'd love to share it.

Hope you enjoyed it?

For all those that might piss you off this week, you can say this silent prayer for them XDD

I was able to continue with my variety shows - RM (Running Man), I still have some eps left, before I can catch up with the latest eps, but nevertheless.......

I'm a fan of Avril Lavigne, so if you're one or you haven't heard of her at all, enjoy this then.

Wishing you guise a wonderful week!!!! Take this with you into this new week.....

Review
The only thought that came my mind, when I saw Rich man, Poor woman's promotional poster was OGURI SHUN. I couldn't see anything else. With Oguri Shun getting married and all, I thought he was going to take a kind of break or something.

I really need to say this..... Every one of the cast did awesome, I didn't get bored not even once and not even when the two main cast (Oguri Shun and Ishihara Satomi) where going about in circles. Furthermore, it has a lovely story line. RMPW has romance, bromance (brotherhood), how tense a relationship between siblings can be, determination, passion, malicious betrayal, broken heart.......

The sound tracks used in RMPW were also okay. RMPW also portrayed the transition of Toru Hyuga from being immature and self-centered to being (of course) mature, more professional and accomodating to his employees. On the other hand there's also the transition of Makoto, from being push-over to be someone who could be in charge and make decisions. The ending was so so so so cuuuute, it was neatly wrapped up. There was also a pure innocense to Toru Hyuga.

In General, RMPW is a wonderful drama, although there were some scenes that were just downright annoying due to one or two characters, but if those scenes aren't there, I don't think it would be called a drama.

In case, you're wondering at what site to watch RMPW on..... just type dramacrazy.net and punch in Rich man, Poor woman and you should be able to watch it.

                            Review
 Hmmm........

This is a super thrilling detective drama, with episodes leaving you thirsty for more action.

It's filled with twisted plots and the cinematography is just wonderful. Each episode has a different and unique plot, and the characters were wonderfully developed, each character development has a different background colour.

The music is the type that just keeps on replaying at the back of your mind, even after it has finished playing. I did really like to post the title of the track and all, but that would be a huge spoiler so.........

TEN is really a wonderful K-drama. Plus, it only has 10 episodes hehehe.

The OST was sung by Mad Soul...

RS - Oguri Shun

The moment I've been waiting for as arrived ~all smiles~. I really, really wanted to spazz and rave about Oguri Shun, but I've been quite busy and I've also been procrastinating. The fact that I'm also watching his latest drama, makes this post a perfect timing, well, that's what I think XDD.

I first saw him when I watched Azumi, he played the role of Nachi. He actually looked young there, but I really didn't take notice of him, since he had a supporting role. The next time I was to lay my eyes on him was in the popular Japanese drama Hana Yori Dango where he played Hanazawa Rui. I think he really did a good job. And from then on, he became my NUMBER 1 Japanese actor. He has such great talents, that he fits into every role he plays.

I didn't know, until some few months back that he's also a voice actor 'Seiyu' (I think that's what they call it, right?). I was so blown out of this world , well, not necessarily blown out.... Okay, I was really happy to know he was a voice actor.... here are some of his works as a voice actor.

What else is there to say about him.... He recently got married, I think it's this year. His wife is also an actress and a model, her name is Yamada Yu. I never knew she was an actress until I watched Mei-chan no Shitsuji, I only knew her as Oguri Shun's girlfriend. He's also a Film director, isn't that cooool?? Everything.....(not exactly everything) is really cool about him!!!!!

Enough with the typing......

I wish I could really go on spamming pictures of him forever, but....

IMW - Rich Man, Poor Woman Episode Zero

I know I've not been doing my blogging ''business'' well enough..... I just watched this now... I want to do a quick review on it. (^_-)

I tried looking for it's trailer, but I couldn't find any. Well, we might have to skip on this......

Synopsis---
The story in the Rich Man, Poor Woman special takes place before the creation of Next Innovation, The special basically revolves around the creation of the firm and how Hyuga and Asahina managed to pull through to create it. (credit -- MyDramaList)

Cast---
Oguri Shun -- Toru Hyuga
Sano Shiro -- Yamagami Yoshiyuki
Arata -- Asahina Kosuke
Ayano Go -- Akihiro Tohno

I think that's that about the cast.

Without further stories, let me get the review rolling.....

Personally, I wasn't interested in watching this, since, most of what was going to be shown as already been shown as flashbacks in the drama itself. Nevertheless, it's worth watching.

In Rich Man, Poor Woman Episode Zero we see how the Toru got involved with Asahina, how the name was Next Innovation was formed, how Tohno got involved with Next Innovation and also what led to his leaving Next Innovation. We also see when Mr Yamagami joined Next Innovation. Generally, it's just about how Next Innovation grew and got into the stock market.

The cast is the same as the original cast from the drama, there is no unknown cast :).

The acting also didn't fall short, plus, this is just 11 minutes and some few seconds long. It will also give you an idea of what the drama is all about.

T - Day 7

Wow!!!! This is the last day, and I'm very happy to be able to wrap this up.

I had to still go Deichmann hunting. At last, I found it..... I successfully got everything I needed, there wasn't any unnecessary episode. I also tasted Döner Box, that's Döner with kebab, veggies and cocktail sauce, actually I always eat Kebab box and not Döner box, but it's delicious.

I'm fully back to my dramas and probably animes :) I made a deal with a friend that we would watch Bleach together starting from next week. I've finally also found the subs for Sao Chai Hi-tech..... I was ssooooo happy when I found the subs.  Sao Chai Hi-tech was my first Lakorn, and I watched it without subs, imagine how thrilling and exciting it is watching the scenes I've watched without subs with subs. I'm also watching it with a friend. I'm DEFINITELY gonna write a review on it.

I really want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all those who have being viewing these blog (Project first week). My classes are going to start proper by next week. Wish my luck as I start my first semester!!! :))

L - Tag 7

Nochmals vielen Dank!!!!

Happy Sunday

Hmmm... I just got hold of this new idea, it's nothing fancy, but I'll be updating it every Sundays. It will also have it own page.... It's gonna be about some variety shows I watch and cheering everyone has we start a new week.

Look forward it :))

T - Day 6

My induction week is still on, I really didn't need to listen to much speeches today :p. Today's programme consisted of going to the library, if we hadn't gone there, I'm sure the induction week would have been incomplete.

There's this teamwork thingy, where we have to play games to get to know each other and build Teamwork - arranging ourselves orderly according to months and dates, without saying a single word and we also have to stand on our seats, we are not allowed to come down from them, there was this Spider web thingy, we had to go over to the other side by going through a web once, and no crawling underneath, we also had to wrap a egg, in such a way that, when it falls from a height of 4m it wouldn't break, we were divided into 5 groups for that and no group's egg survived. Each group had an egg, tapes, a balloon, cotton wools, a piece of cardboard, an A4 paper and a transparent nylon. The eggs wonderfully broke into pieces hahaha

To fully crown my getting to know the library, I borrowed 3 books, 2 are crime books and the other one has something to do with the dignity of women and such - here are their titles and authors; ''I'' is for Innocent (Sue Grafton), Well-schooled in Murder (Elizabeth George) and The House of Mirth (Edith Wharton). I've actually started reading ''I'' is for Innocent, and it's pretty good.

I haven't gotten my school materials, so after the Teamwork building session I went Deichman (a German shoe retail chain) hunting, but I couldn't find it in the centre of Krems, where most of the stores are. It was so frustrating and also cold. I later got to know, that it's some 5km from where I stay, that practically killed every energy I had left.

When I got home, I was dog-tired and hungry.... I was thinking of just getting home, wiping something that would take too long to cook, but then a flatmate came along, the one I had coffee with the other day and VIOLA I got something to eat, not just anything, but it was delicious - Macaroni, cheese, ham, mushrooms.... it was really delicious. I chatted a little with some peeps, while I savoured my dinner.

L - Tag 6

Die Bücher sind nämlich; The House of Mirth (Edith Wharton), Well-schooled in Murder (Elizabeth George) und ''I'' is for Innocent (Sue Grafton).

T - Day 5

My induction week for my course began on day 5, I got to meet sooo many people. I also met 4 people who come from my home country Nigeria, that was quite overwhelming!!! Since, my course is in English, but in a German speaking country, there are lot of foreign exchange and international students. We got welcomed by the programme director, at first what he was saying was of interest to me, but after an hour and some minutes, I couldn't stay still any longer..... He kept on saying stuffs that was pretty unnecessary for us. There was also the rector and she drilled into us the rules and regulations of the Uni, exams, scores, syllabus, what and what nots. But I felt welcomed :))

We also had to introduce ourselves, as in, we were in this lecture room and after the programme director introduced himself, he put this I-welcome-you-all kind of smile on his face and said it was time to introduce ourselves one by one..... and I was like, ''just right''. Some decided not to keep their introductions short, which was well,.. fine by me and while some made it pretty short - their first name and where they come from, no additional story of what they were doing before coming, what they are doing and all. Anyway, the introduce-yourself episode was pretty interesting.

As soon as I had the opportunity, I went to speak to a girl, she comes from Thailand. I was really, really happy to see, not that I knew her beforehand or something, but it's just wonderful speaking to someone about what you know about their country and LAKORNS hehhehe, okay, actually, the main reason I wanted and went to talk to her was.... because I've been watching Lakorns. And she also watches Lakorns, which spiced our getting to each other.

I got a little disturbed in between, because I was yet to buy some real ''important'' stuffs that I needed when I  start classes. Another colleague in the same course and I had to think of how and where we could this materials.

These pretty sums up the whole day....

L - Tag 5

T - Day 3 & 4

Yeah, I'm merging these 2 days together..... I was technically not doing anything on both Day 3&4 except for watching dramas (Wild Romance....), which of course I'm going to write a review on as soon as I finish watching it XD.

I also went grocery shopping, the refrigerator was quite empty and it needed some refilling, plus, I need food stuffs if I'm going to be able to cook anything.

I came across a flatmate, he isn't new, but I hadn't gotten the privilege of having a nice chat with him. After running in to him when I went grocery shopping he invited me to have coffee with him, hmmm.... don't let your thoughts travel far off yet. We just DRANK coffee. Anyway, I got to speak with him......

L - Tag 3 & 4
